We endeavour to deliver every item ordered from the site within the timescale given at the time of ordering. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, a member of staff will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the delivery, using the contact details you have provided.

Goods will be delivered by a national courier or Royal Mail, and so a set delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. Failed deliveries may result in us having to charge for redelivery.

UK mainland

Please note, we can only send goods to UK mainland addresses.

We are unfortunately unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Outer Hebrides.

Delivery is free for orders over £85 (exclusive of VAT).

There is a minimum order value of £85.00.

Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis described.

Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

The consumer must pay the cost of returning the goods.
